SAC-31 is Drainvac's disposable dust bag for its 3.75 gallon (17 L) central vacuum canisters, built from 3-ply cloth and boxed two to a pack.
Drainvac lists this bag for Pro1 and S1000 series units built between October 2011 and January 2014, and for those built since November 2014. The build date matters as much as the series name here, because Drainvac changed bag sizes and cage hardware partway through those lines, so a canister from outside that window can take a different bag even though the badge on the front reads the same.
