Product details

This cord assembly, part 57, is the mains lead for the Sirena water canister vacuum. It runs from the plug to the machine's motor and switch, and on a water-filtration machine it works in a damp environment, which is one more reason to keep it in sound condition.

Cord faults are the ones worth acting on immediately. Power that cuts in and out as the cord is flexed, a plug that runs warm, scorch marks, brittle insulation, or any exposed conductor all mean the machine should stay unplugged until the cord has been replaced.

It fits the Sirena 5200. Unplug the vacuum first, note how the original is routed and clamped inside the housing, and keep the new cord clear of pinch points as you reassemble.
