Every FELIX Premium leaves the factory with its bag door in the same finish as the body panels around it, which is why SEBO carries this one cover under several numbers. 7093DB is the dark blue version, specified for machines in the Indigo finish. On SEBO's FELIX parts drawing the bag housing cover is item 16, sitting between the cable hook at 15 and the filter cover at 17, the three panels a weekly bag change puts hands on.
Closed, the cover holds the bag chamber shut firmly enough that the motor can pull air only through the filter bag itself. That is a small seal doing a large job, and it is loaded the whole time the machine is switched on. Wear turns up at the catch faces and the hinge corners first: a panel that rocks when you press it, a catch that lets go under vibration, a crack creeping out from a molded boss. Once the seal opens, dust escapes along the seam and the machine loses its bite on carpet, because some of its air is now arriving through the gap rather than through the bag.
