The catch that holds the bag compartment shut is finish-specific on the AUTOMATIC X4 and X4 Boost, and 5706SB is the silver listing. It is the small moulding a thumb presses to swing the front cover clear of the machine.
A cover release has a hard life. The same little tab is loaded at every bag change, and the plastic gradually deforms until the door no longer pulls down tight against its gasket. A cover sitting a fraction proud costs suction the whole time the machine runs, and the loss usually gets blamed on a full bag or dirty filters rather than on the latch. A new catch draws the door back down onto its gasket, and the difference is usually obvious at the nozzle straight away.
