This replacement cord reel assembly provides automatic cord retraction for convenient storage. Designed for the Dirt Devil 5905. A faulty cord reel makes it difficult to store the power cord and can create a tripping hazard.
If your cord no longer retracts fully, gets stuck, or the retraction spring has broken, the cord reel assembly needs replacement. Disconnect power before servicing.
