We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The Dyson DC50 hose assembly (Part #10-1128-03) is the internal hose that links the cleaning head to the dust bin. It replaces a worn or cracked original on the DC50 platform and carries suction along that internal path.

Even a small tear in this hose drops suction sharply, because air leaks in before it reaches the bin. A new assembly closes the leak and returns the machine to full cleaning power.

  • Fits: Dyson DC50, DC50i, and UP15 upright vacuums
  • Part: internal hose assembly, cleaning head to dust bin
  • Benefit: restored suction after a cracked or torn hose
  • Tip: inspect the hose ends for splits when suction fades

Route the new hose along the original path and seat both ends fully. Verify your model against the DC50, DC50i, and UP15 list before ordering so the assembly fits and seals the suction path.
