Part 62233 is the gray handle grip for the electric hose on Electrolux Guardian canisters. It is the moulded piece you actually hold, wrapped around the handle body where the hose controls sit, and it replaces the earlier 26-1315-16 and 26-1317-22 grips.
Grips take the whole working life of a machine through one hand. They crack along the seam, wear glossy and slick, or come away from the handle body altogether - and once it is loose you lose fine control of the hose and its switch at exactly the moment you are stretching for something above the floor.
Unplug the machine before working on an electric hose. Fit the grip so it seats without play, then check the hose controls still operate cleanly through it before putting it back into use.
