    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the genuine Electrolux 11-inch black lid with foam seal designed for the Electrolux SC380B central vacuum power unit. The lid seats over the canister opening and, together with its integrated foam gasket, forms the airtight seal the unit needs to maintain full suction across the home's tubing network.

    Over years of service the original foam compresses, cracks, or tears away, allowing air leaks that rob the system of pulling power. Replacing the complete lid and foam assembly restores a clean, positive seal in one step rather than chasing individual gaskets.
