Onyx black with a rocker on the head, 9951AM is the ET-1 fitted to the darker machines in SEBO's range. It is catalogued for the FELIX Premium upright and for the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium canisters.
Mechanically it is the same head as its white and red counterparts: a motor inside the housing turns the brush roll, so carpet is worked over mechanically rather than only pulled at. The control on the head lets the roller be shut down for bare boards or a delicate rug without a walk back to the machine, which is the practical reason most owners prefer the switched build. As the smaller of the two driven families, an ET-1 runs the 12-inch brush roller 5010AM, or 5010GE where soft bristles suit the flooring better.
When ordering, match both the colour and the presence of the switch, because SEBO lists a separate number for every combination and there is no adapting one into another. The black head without a control is 9261AM; white and red switched heads are 9258AM and 9299AM. Hair wound tight around a roller is worth clearing with 8366WS well before it starts loading the bearings.
