When a red AIRBELT K3 Premium or AIRBELT E3 Premium needs a new floor head and the original had no rocker on it, 9296AM is the number to quote. SEBO's exploded parts drawing puts this head at position 54 and lists it in red, which is the quickest way to be certain when the sticker on the old one has rubbed off.
The ET-1 carries its own motor, so the brush roll turns under power rather than being pushed round by moving air. That is what gets grit up out of the pile instead of dragging it along, and it is the reason a canister with a driven head behaves differently on carpet from one with a plain floor tool. This variant has no control on the head because the systems it belongs to switch the brush elsewhere; fitting a switched head to one of them simply adds a second place to remember.
Where a rocker is wanted on the head itself, the red switched ET-1 is 9299AM. Arctic white and black versions of this same unswitched head are 9260AM and 9261AM. For a head that is otherwise sound, the roller is the 12-inch 5010AM, the soft-bristle version is 5010GE, and 8366WS clears hair from either.
Buying a head as a spare rather than as a repair is worth thinking about in a house cleaned by more than one person, or where the machine is carried up and down stairs every day, because a cracked neck or a snapped clip tends to happen at the least convenient moment.
