Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part UAU00000000K06 is a long motor belt pulley for 6.5 amp Sanitaire and Eureka commercial uprights, and it replaces the pulley the drive belt runs on rather than the belt itself.
A shop replacing belt after belt without solving the problem is usually chasing a pulley issue instead. Once the surface a belt actually rides on wears a groove, goes oval, or loses its sharp edge, a fresh belt slips, cooks, or throws itself clear within days even though the belt was fine off the shelf. A squeal at startup, before the machine has done any work at all, is the usual tip-off that the pulley rather than the belt needs attention.
