This replacement exhaust foam filter fits Eureka / Electrolux upright vacuums in the EL8802, EL8809, and EL8811 lines (Part #85241-543N). The foam pad installs between the exhaust cover and the filter, where it catches fine particles and helps cushion and seal the filter stack as air exits the machine.
Over time this foam loads with dust and can degrade, allowing particles to escape and reducing airflow through the exhaust path. Swapping in a fresh foam keeps the exhaust filtration sealing correctly and your Electrolux upright breathing cleanly.
