This Clean Obsessed HF-9 HEPA filter (Part #CF409) is a replacement exhaust filter for Eureka Victory and Whirlwind upright vacuums. The pleated HEPA media traps fine dust, pollen, and allergens as air exits the motor, keeping the exhaust clean and the vacuum's airflow strong.
On Victory and Whirlwind uprights, the HF-9 is the high-efficiency final stage, and it loads with the finest particulate over time. Swapping in a fresh filter restores suction and filtration in one quick step.
