Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This nozzle pivot joint is the articulating connection on Eureka Sanitaire upright vacuums, fitting the S782B and SC785 models. The pivot joint is the hinge point between the nozzle/cleaning head and the upright handle body, allowing the machine to recline and swivel smoothly as the operator maneuvers around furniture and into corners.

A worn or cracked pivot joint causes a loose, wobbly, or stiff nozzle and can make the vacuum difficult to steer. Installing this replacement restores firm, smooth articulation between the head and handle so the upright handles properly again. This is a final-run part, NLA (no longer available) when current stock is depleted.
