This is the chrome hood assembly for the Eureka Sanitaire SC886B commercial upright vacuum, supplied without the lens. The hood is the upper shell that covers the motor and fan section of the machine, giving the SC886B its distinctive chrome-finished top housing. It protects internal components and provides the mounting points for the handle and motor cover hardware.
A scratched, cracked, or impact-damaged hood is one of the most common reasons commercial uprights get retired early. This replacement assembly lets you refurbish the machine cosmetically and structurally without replacing the entire vacuum.
