This replacement hose assembly fits Eureka Victory and Whirlwind upright models 4680, 4682, 4684, 4685, 4686, and 4687. It ships complete with both end cuffs already attached, so it drops in place of the worn original without splicing a cuff onto raw hose or hunting for an adapter that fits.
A vacuum hose has one job, carrying air from the nozzle or attachment back to the machine without leaking along the way. Once the wall starts to crack, stiffen with age, or pull loose where it meets a cuff, some of that airflow escapes before it ever reaches the bag. The symptom usually shows up first at the wand end, where crevice, dusting, and upholstery tools suddenly feel weak even though the floor nozzle still seems to pull normally.
Before ordering, check your model number against the rating plate on the machine or the parts diagram for your unit. Eureka reused similar hose routing across several Victory and Whirlwind variants, and a cuff shaped for the wrong generation will not seat cleanly at the base.
