Not the hook itself but the bracket it sits in: the upper cord hook holder for the Bernina 6100, in black, Evolution part 01-6403-05. It anchors the hook to the body of the machine.
When the holder cracks, the hook is left flexing on a broken mount and no longer holds anything. It will still be there, it will still look right, and the cord will still slide off it. That is worth knowing before you order, because it is easy to blame the hook for a fault that actually lies in the holder behind it.
The holder mounts in place of the cracked one. If the hook has been working loose in a broken holder for a while, inspect it too, since its tabs take the damage next.
