Missing the upholstery tool from a Bernina 6300 or 6500? This is the correct one, Evolution part 01-1705-62, in black. It connects to the hose or the wand and covers fabric quickly without the drag a floor head gives you on soft surfaces.
The difference shows on anything upholstered. A floor nozzle sticks to a cushion, seals against it, and does very little; a proper upholstery tool keeps the air moving and lifts hair and grit out of the weave. It tends to become the attachment people use most once they own one, on sofas, on mattresses, and along stair edges where the floor head cannot sit flat.
Note the split within the range: the 6300 and 6500 take this tool while the 6400 and 6600 use a different one. Check yours before ordering.
