This brush roll bearing (Part #01-3610-07) replaces a worn bearing on Evolution and Bernina 6000 series vacuum brush rolls to stop noise and bring back smooth spinning. It fits the Evolution and Bernina 6000 series.
As a brush roll bearing wears, the roller starts to wobble, squeal, and eventually seize. A seized roller can drag the belt to failure or overheat the motor, turning a small part into a costly repair. Pressing in a fresh bearing at the first sign of squealing or rough rotation keeps that damage from spreading.
