SEBO Exhaust Filter Cover f...

Product details
Dark gray lettering on a white moulding is what identifies 6403WEER. Every other exhaust filter cover in the AIRBELT K range is printed in silver, so a white panel described with silver print is not this number — worth a second look at the photograph before ordering, because the two are otherwise identical in shape.
Its job is to press the exhaust filter down into the recess at the back of the AIRBELT K3 Premium so that everything the motor pushes out has to pass through the media rather than round the edge of it. White is the most honest finish SEBO uses here: a crack across the panel or a clip broken off its post shows up straight away against the pale plastic. If the cover no longer sits flush along its full edge, the pad underneath is no longer being clamped, and some proportion of the exhaust is escaping unfiltered.
SEBO draws the cover as item 26 on the AIRBELT K exploded view. The white shell around it is finished off by top casing 6680WE1, supplied with clip and screw 6625ER for holding upholstery nozzle 6627GS on the body, and by power knob 60666WE, which SEBO quotes for the K3 in white as well as red and black. The consumables behind the panel are exhaust filter 6608ER on its own, or filter set 6696AM, which pairs it with the pre-motor microfilter. Bags are 6629AM.

Whatever cracks a filter cover has usually marked something else on the way past, so it pays to look over the bumper and the casing clips while the machine is on the bench. Refitting is a hand job with no fasteners involved: filter in first, sitting square, then the panel down until it clicks. Factory SEBO part, sent out in 2–5 business days.
