SEBO Filter Cover for FELIX...

Product details
What retires a filter cover is almost never worn plastic; it is a snapped clip. A tab gives way in the middle of a filter change, the panel stops bearing down on the media, and from that point onward a share of the exhaust escapes past the filter edge rather than travelling through the media. On a SEBO FELIX Premium in orange, part 7091VO is that cover.
Everything holding the filter against its seat comes from this one panel, which makes its condition every bit as important as the state of the media. New media under a damaged cover still leaks, and no amount of pressing the panel closed will bring back clamping force once a tab has gone. A sound cover reinstates the load the design assumes and sends the full exhaust volume through the filter, which is the difference between a machine that filters and one that only looks as though it does.
Sheet reference: SEBO's FELIX exploded diagram carries the filter cover at item 17 and draws it in black, dark red and arctic white; 7091VO is the same panel in the orange used on Fun-trim bodies. The filter it clamps appears at item 41 and the pre-motor filter 7012AM at item 42. In gray black, the exhaust filter clamp for these machines is 7017GS and the hose duct is 7090GS, with 7082VO as the orange handle release button.
