Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part F682 packs three filters for Shark's Vertex stick vacuum line, cross-referenced to Shark's own XFFKH12000 and XPMFHZ2000. The foam and pre-filter pieces sit ahead of the motor, screening out fine dust before it can reach the internal components.

Foam and pre-filter media compress and pack down with months of use, and a piece that no longer springs back to its original thickness after a rinse has already stopped protecting the motor even if it still looks intact at a glance. The usual result is airflow that drops off gradually rather than all at once, which can make the cause easy to overlook until suction has fallen off noticeably.
