Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part F679, cross-referenced to Shark's own 1238FT60, is the HEPA filter for the NV150 Lift-Away upright, also listed against the ZU51, CU50, NV255 and ZU60.

Lift-Away uprights separate into a portable canister for stairs and upholstery, and this filter sits at the exhaust end regardless of which configuration the machine is in. A loaded filter shows up as the same two symptoms on either mode: weaker pickup at the floor nozzle, and a faint dusty smell from the exhaust that was not there when the filter was new. Neither symptom means the motor is failing, but both mean the filter has stopped doing its job.

Because the Lift-Away portion detaches and gets used away from the main body, it is easy to forget that both parts of the machine still share this single exhaust filter. Checking it as part of the same routine as emptying the dirt cup, rather than treating the detachable canister as a separate maintenance item, keeps the whole unit performing evenly.
