Product details
A nozzle that wobbles on the end of the wand, or a hiss of air at the joint while suction at the floor falls away, usually traces back to a worn fitting neck. Part 1736GS is the gray black neck that terminates SEBO's 6237ER telescopic tube and mates it to the floor nozzle.
SEBO shows the fitting neck at position 40 on the AIRBELT D parts sheet and at position 54 on the AIRBELT K sheet. Because every nozzle change loads this joint, its locating faces round off and its retaining detail cracks long before the tube itself is anywhere near worn out, which is exactly why the neck is stocked as a separate part. Fits the SEBO AIRBELT D1 TURBO, AIRBELT E1 KOMBI, AIRBELT E2 TURBO, AIRBELT K2 KOMBI, AIRBELT K2 TURBO, and the C1.1 and C2.1.

Check that the nozzle locks squarely and without play once the new neck is fitted, and confirm the gray black finish against the existing tube before ordering. A joint that leaks at the wand end gives away suction everywhere downstream of it, so it is worth putting right before chasing the loss through bags and filters. The neck is a wearing item on a machine that gets its nozzle swapped several times a week, and replacing it restores a positive, rattle-free lock at the tube.
Genuine SEBO telescopic tube fitting neck for AIRBELT canisters, ships in 2–5 business days.
