This replacement geared belt keeps your power foot brush roll spinning at the proper speed for effective carpet cleaning. Belt specification: 3M-192-6. Replaces part #1604992, 160-4992. A worn or broken belt results in loss of agitation at the floor level and poor debris pickup.
Vacuum belts stretch and wear over time, even with normal use. For optimal cleaning performance, replace your belt every 3 to 6 months or immediately if you notice the brush roll has stopped turning. Installation is straightforward and requires no special tools on most models.
