A handle that has started to rotate on its tube, or that shows a hairline running out of a screw hole, will not be saved by glue. SEBO supplies the FELIX handle as a complete unit for exactly that reason, and 7164GSDR is the red version: two grip halves plus the grommet, the clamp and the fixing screws in one package.
Red here means the Rosso finish, and the colour is the whole point of the part number. The FELIX handle uses one shape across every colourway, so the number is the only thing separating them. SEBO shows the complete handle at position 21 of the FELIX drawing and lists a distinct item there for each finish. The rest of the red family on that sheet runs 7027DR for the cable hook, 7093DR for the bag housing cover, 7091DR for the filter cover, 7038DR for the switch assembly, 7082DR for the handle release button and 7095ER12 for the rosso exhaust filter — useful if more than one piece of trim has aged or been damaged.
Fitting the whole kit rather than a single half is deliberate. The clamp is what actually holds the grip to the tube, and a new clamp working against a worn half returns only part of the rigidity that was lost. Replacing both sides with fresh hardware restores the solid, non-rotating feel and keeps the halves aligned at the seam where they meet. It also means the grommet and screws in the package are new rather than reused, which is what stops the assembly working loose again a few months later.
