Product details
8169GS puts the flexible hose and the operating handgrip of a SEBO AIRBELT D1 TURBO under one number, in the gray black and silver finish. Buying them together sidesteps any attempt to part a joint the factory assembled permanently, and it means the canister goes back into service with one new component rather than two of differing ages.
Few things on a vacuum absorb the punishment a canister hose does. It gets trodden on, hauled around corners and wound tight for storage between jobs, and the first evidence is normally a scatter of pinholes near a cuff, followed by a longer tear where the wall has been crushed once too often. The awkward part is that the motor note never changes: the machine sounds every bit as strong while a growing share of its air enters through the damage instead of the nozzle. The grip ages on a parallel track, slackening at the socket until wands and tools sit loose in it. Both complaints are answered by this one number.
SEBO's AIRBELT D drawing shows what the assembly plugs into and what plugs into it. At the machine end it mates with the hose neck listed at position 31 as 8079ER; at the other end the grip accepts the stainless steel telescopic tube shown at position 39, 6237ER, with its sliding knob at 42 and the fitting neck at 40. Those are diagram references rather than fitment claims, but they mark the boundaries of what this part covers — everything from the canister inlet to the tool socket, and nothing past it.
