Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Change direction gradually in a Hide-A-Hose tubing run with the HAH 45 degree elbow, SKU 504HH. Because the hose in a Hide-A-Hose system retracts through the pipe itself, fittings must let the hose slide freely — this 45 is the right choice for angled offsets and gentler direction changes where a full 90 is not needed.

It installs with regular central vacuum pipe; just debur the cut pipe ends before assembly so the retracting hose never catches on a rough edge inside the joint.
