Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SKU 507P1 is a dual-purpose central vacuum fitting that serves two jobs: an inline stop for Hide-A-Hose runs and a pipe size adapter. Every Hide-A-Hose rough-in kit already includes this part, so order it separately only when you need extras or are adapting pipe sizes.

Use 1 — Hide-A-Hose hose stop: one side accepts the pipe directly while the other side seats into a coupling that then takes the pipe. Position the stop several feet before the point where the retractable hose is expected to end.

Use 2 — pipe adapter: mates 1.8125" (1-13/16") outer-diameter vacuum pipe — the smaller tubing used by HP Vacuflo systems, not SCH 40 — to standard thin-wall central vacuum pipe with a 2" OD.
