Part 93001567 is a backing plate assembly for the Hoover S3590, sold as the bag-lid component. It backs the bag lid so the lid can close and seat correctly against the mount.
When this plate warps or cracks, the bag lid stops closing evenly against it, and an uneven lid is one of the more common reasons a bag mount stops sealing even though the bag itself is perfectly good. If a bag keeps shifting or the lid feels loose when it latches, check the plate before assuming the bag needs replacing.
