Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the multi-surface brush roll for Hoover's ONEPWR FloorMate Jet, part AH55201, built from microfiber with nylon bristles worked into it. The microfiber carries the water and lifts film; the bristles do the scrubbing. It is listed for the BH55200NP, BH55210, BH55210B, BH55210FDI, BH55220, BH55230TV1, BH55240BCD and BH55240CDI.
It is safe on all sealed hard floors, including hardwood, laminate, tile and vinyl, and it will freshen an area rug without chewing the pile.
Rolls wear from the outside in. The microfiber mats and greys, the nylon lays over, and the head starts to slide across a dried spill instead of breaking it up. If the floor still looks streaked after a slow pass with fresh solution, the roll is usually the reason rather than the machine. The new one clips into the same mounts.
