This 2-pack of replacement agitator belts fits Hoover Concept One, Concept Two, Self-Propelled PowerMAX, Power Drive, and Dirt Finder uprights, and replaces part 38528008. The belt drives the brush roll so it turns at full cleaning speed.

A worn or broken belt lets the brush roll stop spinning, which leaves dirt embedded in the carpet no matter how many passes you make. Fitting a fresh belt returns the brush roll to full speed and restores the deep-cleaning agitation these uprights are built for.
