    Genuine Hoover dirt cup dust skirt for bagless WindTunnel uprights, fitting models UH70600, UH70601, UH70602, UH70603, and UH70605. The dust skirt is the flexible seal that rings the bottom of the dirt cup, closing the gap between the cup and the cleaner body so captured dust and debris can't leak back out when you carry or empty the bin.

    Over time the skirt hardens, tears, or deforms, and the dirt cup starts dribbling fine dust around its base. Fitting a fresh skirt (Part #522290001) re-seals the cup so dirt stays contained until you choose to empty it.
