Hoover part 440015859 is the dirty water recovery tank for the FH53000 and BH14000V, and it comes with the hose flush tool that clears the machine's passages.

The recovery tank is rinsed, knocked and dropped more than any other part of a carpet cleaner. Look for cracks at the corners, a lid seal that has hardened, and a warped rim that no longer pulls flat onto its seat. Any of those and the machine stops holding vacuum, so the carpet is left wet and the tank fills far more slowly than it used to. A cracked one just runs dirty water out onto the floor.

It fits the Hoover BH14000V, FH53000, FH53001, FH53010 and FH53050. Use the flush tool periodically to clear the hose passages rather than waiting for a blockage.
