Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Hoover HEPA upright paper bags fit the BH55500 OnePWR cordless upright and come 6 to a pack. Each bag collects the dirt the vacuum draws in while its HEPA media traps fine dust and allergens inside for cleaner exhaust air.
As a bag fills, airflow slows and suction fades, and a bag run past full can strain the motor and let particles slip past the media. Fitting a fresh HEPA bag reopens the airflow, restores full pickup, and keeps the filtration working the way the cordless upright intends.
