Part 91001034 is the receptacle and wiring harness assembly on the Hoover U8171900 upright, carrying power from the cord receptacle to the motor and switches inside the body.
Electrical faults on an upright trace back to the wiring more often than owners expect, since wiring flexes with every use while the motor itself does not.
