This two-pack of Hoover WindTunnel belts (Part #38-3132-01) supplies replacement flat belts for Hoover WindTunnel upright vacuums. The belt links the motor shaft to the brushroll and keeps the brush spinning at full speed against the carpet.

A stretched or worn belt is the most common reason a WindTunnel stops cleaning well. As the brushroll slows, dirt stays ground into the carpet fibers instead of being lifted out, and the vacuum feels weak even with clear filters. New belts bring the brushroll back to full speed so the machine agitates carpet the way it should.
