SEBO places the hose duct at item 14 of the FELIX exploded diagram and lists the black version there as part 7090SW. It is the stubby rigid channel joining a FELIX Premium's hose connection to the dust bag compartment inside the body.
There is essentially one reason a duct gets changed: something has broken, either along the moulding or around the collar where the hose seats. Once air can enter anywhere other than the floor head, the motor takes the path of least resistance, which means room air rather than the harder-won air held down in carpet pile. The vacuum then sounds every bit as strong as it used to while cleaning noticeably worse. Being an internal fault it outlives new bags, new filters and a freshly cleared brush roll, and it usually surfaces only when someone strips the airway to look. With a sound duct in place the whole run from floor head to bag holds vacuum again.
Its neighbours on the drawing are the hose 7050SB, the retaining ring with spring 7018OR at item 27 that clamps the hose cuff, and the pre-motor filter 7012AM at item 42. Black being the Onyx finish, this duct belongs with the black filter cover 7091SW at item 17, the bag housing cover 7093SW at item 16, the lower housing 7173SE at item 19 and the handle release button 7082SW at item 25.
