Part 9056400 is the 4-foot, 1-1/4 inch hose and tool holder listed for the Shop-Vac 2E200 hang-up wet/dry vac, with a square end at the machine connection. The same part is also listed for the Bosch BUH11700UC.
A cracked or split hose bleeds air along the tube, and a hose that has gone stiff with age loses the flex needed to reach around a corner without kinking. Either problem reads the same at the nozzle: pickup drops even though the motor sounds fine.

Check the connection on your unit before ordering. This is the 1-1/4 inch size with a square end, and a cuff that is close but not correct will not seat tightly enough to hold suction.
