Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM 16.5-inch nozzle hose unit (Part #BU1005) carries dirt from the floor nozzle to the dust collection compartment on Kenmore uprights that use a serpentine belt. It is the internal airway linking the nozzle to the bin.
A cracked, kinked, or disconnected internal hose bleeds off suction and leaves the machine picking up poorly at the floor. Reduced pickup is the usual first sign that this hose has failed. Fitting a sound replacement reseals the airway so debris moves cleanly to the collection compartment.
- Fits: Kenmore BU1005, 116.30620410, 116.30620412, 116.31140310, and 116.31140311.
- Construction: 16.5-inch internal hose for serpentine-belt machines.
