Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This long 15-inch brush roll replaces the worn agitator in Kenmore upright vacuums, cross-referenced to Kenmore part #8191717. The extended bristle rows cover the full width of the cleaning head, lifting embedded dirt, pet hair and crumbs from carpet into the airflow for a thorough groom on every pass.

The roll uses a half-moon (D-shaped) end cap that seats into the brush chamber to hold the bearing and keep the agitator spinning true. Flattened bristles or a wobbling roll mean weak pickup and matted carpet; this replacement restores even, vibration-free agitation.
