This genuine OEM Mini Em-Tor Assembly (Part #187918G) is part of the dust collection system on the Kirby Avalir 2. The Em-Tor houses the paper bags and directs airflow through the machine for efficient filtration and a proper bag-to-vacuum seal.
A cracked, worn, or missing Em-Tor causes poor dust containment and reduced suction as air bypasses the bag. This factory-manufactured replacement restores the sealing surface and returns the collection system to full performance.
