Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

MicroAllergen Plus is Kirby's upright paper bag aimed at holding onto finer dust and allergen debris than a standard paper bag, six to a pack under part 204814G.
It fits a long run of Kirby uprights: the Generation 3, G4, G5, GSix, Ultimate G, Diamond Edition and Sentria, plus the Sentria II, the Avalir, the Avalir 2 and the Avalir Platinum. Owners of these machines often stretch a bag well beyond where it should be replaced, since the motor's pull stays deceptively strong even as the paper's pores start closing up under the load. By the time a bag looks two-thirds full through whatever window the machine allows, it has usually already cost real cleaning power rather than just capacity.
Six bags is enough to keep one loaded in the machine with a few spares on the shelf, which matters more with a Kirby than most uprights given how much air the motor moves through that paper on every pass. Let airflow decide when a change is due rather than the calendar, since usage varies a great deal between households and a home with shedding pets will work through a box noticeably faster than one without.
