Product details
Part 304314 is the removable shampooer tray for the Kirby Avalir. It is the tray that mounts to the machine when you convert it from vacuuming to carpet shampooing, and it is removable so it can be lifted off and rinsed when the job is done.
Trays take knocks. The plastic cracks around the mounting points where it carries the load of being pushed across carpet, and a cracked tray sits unevenly, weeps solution down one side, or refuses to latch onto the machine at all. Because the tray is what holds the shampoo assembly at the right height above the pile, a damaged one leaves the shampooer laying foam unevenly no matter how carefully you work.
This one fits the Kirby Avalir, Avalir 2 and Avalir Platinum.
