Part 675706 is the handle grip assembly for the Kirby Sentria upright - the moulded grip that slides onto the top of the handle fork and is the only part of the machine your hand actually touches while you work.
Grips crack around the fork and break away in pieces, and a Kirby is heavy enough that a broken grip costs you real control. To change it, take the screw out of the upper cord hook and pull the broken piece off the fork; pliers usually earn their keep here. Push the new grip fully onto the fork and refit the upper cord hook with a Phillips screwdriver, making sure the tension spring behind that screw goes back where it belongs.
The grip does not include the upper cord hook assembly. Check that screw occasionally afterwards, as it has a habit of working loose.
