This genuine OEM container base is a factory Koblenz part for the P-620A, also referenced as the P2000 container base. The base forms the bottom of the collection container, supporting the assembly and sealing its lower end so the container holds what the machine collects.
A container base can crack or warp from drops, wear, and age, and a damaged base allows leaks or lets the container sit unevenly. That undermines the seal the assembly needs and can spill collected debris. Fitting a fresh factory-spec base restores solid support and a proper seal at the bottom of the container.
