Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM Koblenz dispenser base seal (Part #12-0694-5) restores proper function to the Koblenz P2000 and P-4000 floor machines. The seal sits at the dispenser base, where it keeps solution and air routed correctly through the housing rather than escaping at the joint.
