Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Lamb Ametek built the 116764 as a three-stage motor, sold here as part 201S, the replacement for power units originally fitted with that number.

Three stages in a 5.7 inch housing, 10.7 amps at 110-120 volts, 382 air watts, 100 CFM and 119.6 inches of sealed suction is what Lamb publishes. Stage count alone is not a performance ranking, and this motor illustrates why: Lamb's own two-stage 116429 of the same 5.7 inch size is rated at a higher 121 CFM. The extra stage here buys sealed suction, not flow.

Nothing else supersedes into it, and the systems built around it include SilentMaster, Flo-Master, Eureka, Cyclo Vac and Star. Read the number stamped on your existing motor before ordering, and check the supply, since Lamb built visually similar motors for 220-240 volt systems.
