Factory-new Lamb Ametek 116765-13 vacuum motor (SKU 199S) — never a rebuild. This three-stage motor is the direct replacement for the 116765-13 only (the housing may be stamped 11-6765-13 or simply 6765-13). It is frequently specified where water or water vapor passes through the airstream: extractors, carpet cleaning machines, and similar wet-capable equipment, in addition to central vacuum use.

Typical end-of-life symptoms: tripping mini breaker, burning electrical odor, pronounced blue sparks from the top of the motor, shutting off mid-use then restarting later, or simply reaching the 900–1,200 hour lifespan. A click with no spin-up points to the relay rather than the motor. Installation involves three bolts and two wires — printable instructions provided. Carbon motor brushes for the 116765-13 are sold separately (two required) for preventive replacement. Used motors have no core value; recycle the old one.
