Returns & Exchanges

Part 203PX is the Lamb Ametek 117502, a three-stage central vacuum motor built for 220-240 volt systems rather than the 110-120 volt power units common in North American homes. MD publishes it at 145.6 inches of water lift, 103.2 CFM, 521 air watts and 7.3 amps at 50-60 Hz, with a 7.2 inch bottom diameter, an overall height of 8-3/4 inches and a bolt height of 2-3/4 inches.

Ametek classes the same motor as a 7.2 inch bypass tangential unit on its Premier platform, rated 1,600 watts, and names 833450-56 as the replacement brush kit. Bypass construction draws the motor's cooling air along a separate path from the dirty airstream, which is why motors of this type are used in power units where the working air is carrying debris all the way to the canister.
